Who we are

Lekhiva ("we", "us", "our") operates this website at lekhiva.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or request early access to the Lekhiva pilot, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Email requests: if you request early access or contact us, we receive whatever information you include in that email (typically your name, email address and business details).
  • WhatsApp and calls: if you contact the published number, we receive your phone number and the information you choose to share. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms. Its links open only when you select them; we do not embed a WhatsApp tracking widget.
  • GST calculator: the free GST calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The amounts you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Its beacon reports usage and performance information to Cloudflare. It does not use analytics cookies to identify individual visitors across websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The enquiry form is not connected to a submission service yet. Information entered in it is not sent to us, emailed or stored by this website. You can contact us separately using the email, telephone or WhatsApp links.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your request, evaluate fit for the founding-business pilot, and keep you updated about Lekhiva. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain pilot and contact requests for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and run the pilot programme, after which we delete them unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@lekhiva.com.

Changes to this policy

As Lekhiva moves from pilot to a live product, this policy will be updated to reflect the data the product itself collects. We will update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
