Scope

These terms apply to your use of the Lekhiva website at lekhiva.com, including the free GST calculator and the GST guides published under "Resources". Lekhiva's invoicing product is being developed for a founding-business pilot; separate terms will apply once it is generally available.

Three-month free pilot

The first three months of pilot access are free (₹0), starting when your access is activated. Access is by request while the invoicing application is being prepared; submitting an enquiry does not activate an account. Pricing and access after the free period will be confirmed separately before you continue.

Educational content, not professional advice

The GST guides, calculator and other content on this site are general educational information. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and GST treatment can depend on your specific facts and current government notifications. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified GST professional before acting on them.

The GST calculator

The calculator is provided free of charge for general estimation only. We do not guarantee that its output matches your final tax liability, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of its results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it for an unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Lekhiva name, logo and the content on this site belong to Lekhiva unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our pages, but you may not republish our content as your own.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lekhiva is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
