Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Lekhiva website at lekhiva.com, including the free tools and the GST guides published under "Resources", and of the Lekhiva application at app.lekhiva.com. By creating an account or using the application you agree to these terms. If you use Lekhiva on behalf of a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that business.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your business. You must be at least 18 years old to use Lekhiva.
Your data
The records, files and information you enter belong to you or your business. You give us permission to store and process them so we can provide the application, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your customers, vendors and team, and for the accuracy of your records. You can download your business data from the application.
Plans and payment
Lekhiva has a Free plan and paid plans. The plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Plan features and limits can change, and we will tell you before a change affects your plan. Billing terms for paid plans are shown when you choose to pay. Refunds, cancellation and renewals are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Launch offer
Business plan benefits are free (₹0) until 31 December 2026 for customers who sign up before that date. Sign up at app.lekhiva.com/signup. After 31 December 2026 your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose to pay for Business or Pro; your records are not deleted. See pricing for the plans and limits.

Estimates, not professional advice
The application shows GST estimates, due dates, working sheets and reports to help you prepare. These are not tax, legal or accounting advice and are not return filings. Lekhiva does not file returns for you or connect to the GST portal. GST treatment can depend on your specific facts and current government notifications. Always confirm important figures and decisions with a qualified accountant or GST professional before acting on them or filing a return. The same applies to the GST guides, calculator and other content on this website.
The free tools
The GST calculator, proforma generator and payment reminder generator are provided free of charge for general use. We do not guarantee that their output matches your final tax liability or suits your situation, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of their results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Lekhiva, including attempting to break into or disrupt it, scrape it at disruptive volume, share an account in a way that breaks the access you were given, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it for an unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that does this.
Third-party services
Parts of Lekhiva rely on third-party services, such as cloud storage and AI bill reading. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Lekhiva available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. Take regular exports of your data if your records are critical to you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Lekhiva at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@lekhiva.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Your rights and our rights that arose before the account ended continue.
Intellectual property
The Lekhiva name, logo, application and the content on this site belong to Lekhiva unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our pages, but you may not republish our content as your own or copy the application.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Lekhiva and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lekhiva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on estimates, reports or content, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the application in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell account holders about significant changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
