2. Confirm the remaining balance, including any agreed adjustments or deductions.
3. Choose the correct stage and check the due date yourself.
4. Read the generated message, attach the relevant invoice in your email if needed, and send it yourself.

A partial-payment example

For a ₹29,500 invoice with ₹10,000 received, the draft requests the remaining ₹19,500 and acknowledges the payment already made. If credits or withholding deductions apply, reconcile those before using the tool; it only subtracts the entered payments from the invoice total.
