Create a calculated invoice draft in INR. No signup required. Entries stay in this page’s memory and disappear when you leave or refresh. Save your PDF before closing.
Choose Save as PDF in the print dialog and turn off browser headers and footers. The draft label remains on the document.
How to prepare your invoice draft
- Enter your business and customer details, reference and dates.
- Select the tax calculation and enter the place of supply and GSTINs where applicable.
- Add each item’s description, HSN/SAC, quantity, unit price and discount. Enter the total GST rate.
- Record payments already received, preview the draft and check the balance.
- Print or save a PDF before closing. Your entries are not stored.
Check the draft before issue
This worksheet calculates amounts using your entries. It does not choose tax rates, validate HSN/SAC classifications, verify registration, check reference uniqueness or register an e-invoice. The PDF remains a draft. Use the GST invoice guide to review invoice particulars and check CBIC’s Rule 46 before issuing a tax invoice.
Example: a part-paid service invoice
For a ₹25,000 line with no discount and an entered 18% GST rate, the total is ₹29,500. With CGST + SGST selected, the two components are ₹2,250 each. Recording a ₹10,000 payment leaves ₹19,500 due. This illustrates arithmetic, not a recommended rate for your service.
After issuing your invoice, use the payment tracker for outstanding balances or the customer statement generator for multiple invoices.
